Martin Woodward shows the badge’s gaming controls in action and walks through the Copilot-assisted setup for Super Mona.

Install Super Mona on your badge

The demo uses the GitHub Copilot app to configure Super Mona for the GitHub Universe 2026 conference badge:

Open the Super Mona repository.
Copy the repository’s setup instructions.
Paste those instructions into Copilot Chat.
Let the agent configure the app.

Play using the hidden controls

The badge has hidden capacitive gaming buttons on its back. Once Super Mona is installed, flip the badge around to use those controls and play directly on the conference badge.
