GitHub CLI: Media in issues, pull requests, and comments

GitHub introduces an update to GitHub CLI that makes it easier to share visual context in GitHub conversations.

Overview

GitHub CLI now supports a repeatable --attach flag that uploads a local image or video and lets you reference it inline in the body of an issue, pull request, or comment.

• Adds a repeatable --attach flag for uploading local media (images or videos)
• Media can be referenced inline in:
  • GitHub issues
  • Pull requests
  • Comment bodies
• Availability: available to all users on GitHub across all plans
