Common Security Concerns and GitHub Copilot Features
Model Training and Data Use
- No Code Used for Training (Enterprise/Business): GitHub Copilot does not use Copilot Business or Enterprise customer code as training data. This restriction applies to supported third-party LLMs as well.

Intellectual Property (IP) Indemnification
